A maximum of ten women on the 8 week online course and six women on the 12 month Deep Dive.
Each session will leave you feeling seen, heard and connected.

Embarking on this Women’s Inner Wellness course, you are invited to come into a direct experiential experience. Discover your own becoming stories. Create your own intimate connection and understanding that will support you to cultivate greater levels of insight, well-being and creativity also known as Self-Care.

Reintroducing ourselves to the wisdom and intelligence of our body gives us greater autonomy to discern what is in our experience in any given moment, and act with skillfulness.

Navigating Overwhelm.
Just being aware of how the mind can interpret our world is a major step toward learning inner wellness. Recognising things as they actually are, rather than believing our opinions and judgments, brings a sense of compassion and freedom.

Dancing with the Wild Woman.
Our nature as women is not monotone. Our nature as women is full spectrum expressiveness. As we move through our menstrual cycle with curiosity and awareness, we begin to see where we get “hooked” and stuck by our thoughts and beliefs. In turn these activate our avoidance or attachment patterns, which in turn, effect our moods and wellbeing.

Befriending the Shadow
(Deep Dive only)
Your exquisite ability to sense changes in our physical, emotional, psychological, environmental and relational dimensions strengthens each time you practice mindful awareness. Our shadow aspects are not only the darkness that we do not want to see in ourselves, but it can also be the light which we can hide from too.

Courage to Face the Darker Hours.
When the storms and winds descend into our internal and external environments, it is our inner wellness that leads us safely through the journey. We learn how to ride the waves to shore. As a woman, you will have, at times, experienced the darkness and storms that PMT can bring.

Moving from Fear to Trust.
One thing we can be certain of is change. Everything is temporary. Resisting or denying what is fact only creates tension. When practicing mindfulness, and menstrual cycle awareness, we come to be with just how we are in the moment. As best we can, compassionately relate to whatever is arising without having to change anything.

Meeting your Inner Heroine
(Deep Dive only)
Our general well-being and our ability to respond skillfully to the challenges of our lives can be powerfully influenced by what archetype is present in our day to day interactions. Archetypes are universal, innate types of people or personalities that play a role in influencing our behaviour.

Rekindling Playfulness & Pleasure.
As women, we cycle through many different moods and emotions that effect our actions and judgments. The healing power of menstrual cycle awareness lies in being open to each moment as it arises. We can learn to savour and respond to pleasure and playfulness. We do this by attuning our awareness in the body when it is in movement, e.g. dance, fitness, yoga, walking, or in the the mind when it creates Inspirational thinking, writing and contemplating.
